Danae quarry is located in the area of Granitis, Drama Northern Greece, built in the Valley of Granitis River, at an altitude of 889 meters.
Quarrying operations started in 2016 as a result of an extensive research program and started full operation in 2017, with an annual production of 90.000 tons in marble blocks, which will increase yearly.
